How do you know when it's time to free your body from accumulated toxins, parasites and other waste material? Colon cleansing/detoxification can be beneficial for those with one or more of the following conditions:
|Chronic constipation||Parasite infestation|
|Frequent gas &bloating||
|Irritable bowel syndrome||
|Candida infection||Protruding belly|
Colon cleansing is very important for our bodies to function the way they were designed to operate. We are exposed to thousands of toxins and chemicals on a daily basis at work, in our homes, through the air we breathe, our food and water supply, and through the use of pharmaceutical drugs. In addition we are eating more sugar and processed foods than ever before in human history and regularity abuse our bodies with various stimulants and sedatives.
These toxins and "dead" foods lead to poor digestion, constipation, toxic colon build- up, weight gain and low energy. These common symptoms are more than just inconvenience - they can lead to long-term health problems and serious diseases.
AUTOPSY REPORTS SHOW IT AND PROVE IT: most colons are swollen many two times their normal size!
Professor Arnold Ehret of Berlin- the father of colon autopsy research and colon health- clearly prove that most colons are plugged up with a mess of rotting waste. In his famous book, The Definitive Cure of Chronic Constipation, he reports….out of 284 cases of autopsy held, only 28 colons were found to be free from hardened feces…The others were to an extent encrusted with hardened, rotten, rejected food material. Many were distended to twice natural size!
Dr. Bernard Jensen reported on 300 autopsies, 285 of which had medical histories indicating the people had NO CONSTIPATION when alive. But their autopsy reports showed that in truth, only 15 people weren't constipated. A shocking result: Out of 300 people, 285 were clogged like a drain.
Dr. Jensen comments, in some of them, the colon was twelve inches in diameter. The normal diameter of the colon is two to three inches. The bowel walls were encrusted with material (in one case, peanuts) that has been there for a very long time.
Many conventional doctors are under the misconception that having a bowel movement every two or three days is sufficient and even "normal" for some. This is a dangerous fallacy! A person with a healthy colon should in fact have two to three bowel movements per day, or one for each meal eaten. Elimination should be complete, fast and easy. The stool should be light brown in color, long and large in diameter, "fluffy" in texture and floating on top of the water. There should be no offensive odor and it should break apart with the toilet flushing. Going to the bathroom once every few days, sitting there straining for half-an-hour and passing black, hard "pebbles" that drop to the bottom is not only abnormal, it is also serious trouble waiting to happen.
What should you do?
There are many things one can do to get their gut working properly again. It will take time and commitment. Change your diet by eating more fruits and vegetables, do a serious colon cleanse, take probiotics to create good flora in the gut and take digestive enzymes before you eat. Eliminate refined sugar, caffeine, carbonated beverages, alcohol, commercial refined salt, chemical preservatives, artificial food coloring and refined white flour for these are known gastrointestinal stressors and drink more water.
